We are a San Francisco born and bred company. Our North Beach location is a boutique barber salon, packed floor to ceiling with vintage bound books. We have been featured in several international magazines for its warmth, and creativity in salon decor. Were curretly on the hunt to re grow and expand hours as the world opens back up for talented barber stylists that are interested in flourishing and succeeding with us.
Criteria
In order to be considered for a stylist position, we require at least two years of floor experience for a stylist, and one year of customer service experience for our front desk receptionists. You must have a current California cosmetology license, be friendly, reliable and a team player.
Public Barber Salon is a full service Barber Salon that caters to all walks and creeds. We tend to have a 60 - 40% short hair to long hair clientele. You will never know who’s sitting in your chair next so, it is very important to be well versed and confident in many vintage, and modern, cutting and styling techniques. At Public you will have the unique opportunity to be booked with a healthy clientele right out of the gate. As time goes on you will build your retention and those clients will become smiling, familiar faces. We’re looking for confidence, integrity, passion, style, character, healthy attitude and strong customer service.
