Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AS IT HAS BEEN UPDATED AS OF March 2022 -

At Public Barber Salon, we strive to provide excellent service for all our clients. In order to do so, we have updated our late cancellation & "no-show" policy. Late cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice that prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients on our wait-list. In addition to a change in our cancellation fee, our policy will now classify late cancellations the same as no-shows. The fee is equal to the cost of the service booked.

To avoid a fee, you must provide at least a TWO HOURS notice for hair cut cancellations. If you’re getting a color service done we require 24 hours in advance notification for a cancellation. YOU CAN NOT BE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
If for some reason you can not get through to our phone line you can message us in the Public Barber Salon Scheduling App available for download in the Google Play and App Store. You may also email us at publicbarbersalon@gmail.com if you have any further complications.

For the vast majority of our clients, this policy change will have little or no impact on you. Thank you, for your continued support of our efforts to deliver the best service to you.
