PUBLIC APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

At Public Barber Salon, we strive to provide excellent service for all our clients. In order to do so, we have updated our late cancellation & "no-show" policy. Late cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice that prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients on our wait-list. In addition to a change in our cancellation fee, our policy will now classify late cancellations the same as no-shows.

To avoid a fee, you must provide at least a ONE HOUR notice for appointment cancellations.

We understand that sometimes life happens so everyone will be allowed 1 waived fee per year starting on January 1st of each calendar year. Since this policy change is after the first of the year, everyone starts with a clean slate starting today.

First No-Show or late cancellation: If your late cancel or no-show for a scheduled appointment, you will receive a telephone call from us informing you that this is your first no-show of the year and the cancellation fee will be waived.

Second No-Show or late cancellation: Clients who late cancel or no-show their appointments will be charged 50% for the missed appointment.

Third No-Show: If you no-show for a third time, you will be required to pay a fee equal to 100% of the missed service(s). You will also be required from that point forward to have your credit card on file for any future services booked.

For the vast majority of our clients, this policy change will have little or no impact on you. Thank you for your continued support of our efforts to deliver the best service to you.
